Transportation to and from the Port of Rovinj

Rovinj is connected to the rest of the country by a good road network, with rail connections available from nearby Pula (40kms). Ferries provide crossings to Italy, and connections to other coastal ports in Croatia.

The regional roads Rovinj - Rovinjsko Selo and Rovinj - Bale link the town with the main road (M2, E751). You may access other parts of the country along this road, and also travel to the Slovenian border.

The nearest airport is at Pula, 40kms from Rovinj. Domestic and international flights are available from Pula to a wide range of destinations.

By sea, you may take a ferry to Venice in Italy during the summer season, as well as to coastal locations such as Pirano, Portoroz, Umag and Porec.

Parking is available at the port for both short and long-term stays, though spaces are restricted during the summer months.
