Port of Riga

Riga Commercial Port (Latvia) is situated in the delta of the river Daugava, at the heart of the city. Within a five-minute stroll of the old part of Riga is Vecriga, where offices and embassies, hotels and restaurants abound. The busiest ferry lines are Riga-Stockholm and the routes to Germany.

The Riga Passenger Terminal is one of Riga port's main service centres, providing a number of shops and food outlets. Riga Passenger Port also works with the tourist company Latvia Tours, which arranges sightseeing trips for foreign passengers to the most celebrated tourist attractions in Riga. At present three shipping lines operate along regular passenger/cargo routes from Riga Passenger Port. The ferries travel to Stockholm (Sweden), Lübeck (Germany) and Kiel (Germany).
