Useful Information
Port of Plymouth

The Port of Plymouth is the historical second home of the Royal Navy, and is situated at the mouth of the River Tamar in the South West of England. Also at Plymouth is the commercial section of the port, known as Millbay Docks, owned and operated by Britain's largest ports group, Associated British Ports.
Besides having a large modern passenger terminal with extensive vehicle-marshalling areas to ease the flow of traffic, the port provides modern berthing facilities for the many cruise ships which call here. Facilities at the port include a cafe for both meals and refreshments, a bureau de change, and a convenience store offering snacks and newspapers.

The Main Terminal provides disabled toilet facilities and low-level pay phones, to facilitate those with disabilities. Further assistance is available for passengers with special needs, arrangements for which should be made when booking or at the latest, checking in.
