Transportation to and from the Hook of Holland Port
The Hook of Holland is well linked with the rest of the Netherlands via rail, road and public bus. Ferries connect the port internationally to Harwich in England.
Soon after arriving in The Netherlands, you can join the motorway network to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the rest of Europe. By car, the excellent E30 / E25 network of motorways connects the ferry port with Rotterdam, Amsterdam and other destinations around the country.
Upon arriving at the Hook of Holland, you will find that trains depart every half an hour to Rotterdam and The Hague. Both the Amsterdam Express and the local rail services arrive at the terminal building.

Crossings to Harwich in England are feasible via Stena Line's daytime ferry crossing services operated by the Stena HSS 1500, the largest fast ferry in the world.
Conventional ferries operate overnight for those who wish to arrive in the morning.
