Stena Line currently operates five ferry routes originating from various UK ports: Fishguard (UK) to Rosslare (Ireland); Hollyhead (UK) to Dunn Laoghaire and Dublin (Ireland); Stranraer (Scotland) to Belfast (Northern Ireland); and finally Harwich (UK) with Hook of Holland (Netherlands).

There are a maximum of six sailings daily connecting Fishguard to Rosslare, decreasing to three or four sailings daily during the low season. One sailing a day is onboard the Superferry, with a journey time of 3 hours, 30 minutes, the other sailings are onboard the Stena Lyns, with a sailing time of just under 2 hours. Check-in times are 30 minutes prior to departure, except for the 16:00 sail, when passengers are expected to check in 1 hour prior to sailing.

Holyhead is connected to Dublin by two daily crossings. Journey time is 3 hours on the Stena Superferry. The second route out of Holyhead is to Dun Laoghaire, with four daily crossings onboard the Stena HSS Fastcraft. Journey time is 1 hour, 30 minutes. Check-in times are 30 minutes prior to departure for the HSS Fastcraft and 45 minutes for the Superferry.

The Stranraer-Belfast crossing is serviced a maximum of eight times a day, with departures varying seasonally. Sailings time onboard the Stena HSS is just under 2 hours. For a more leisurely sail, the Stena Superferry offers a journey time of 3 hours, 15 minutes. Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure.

Connections between Harwich and the Hook of Holland operate four times daily, with two of the crossings being overnight crossings. Two of the daytime crossings are onboard the Stena HSS, with a journey time of 3 hours, 40 minutes. The other daytime crossing is onboard the Superferry, with a crossing time of 6 hours, 15 minutes. The overnight crossing also takes 6 hours, 15 minutes and departs Harwich at 23:00, arriving in Hook of Holland the following morning at 07:30. It is necessary to check whether foot passengers are allowed on the overnight crossings or not.
