NorthLink Ferries fleet

The fleet includes two 125-metre drive-through passenger ships, which operate out of Aberdeen. The Pentland Firth vessel is slightly smaller, at 110 metres in length. All NorthLink Ferries' vessels can carry 600 passengers plus cars and freight. All three ferries were built at Aker Finnyards in Finland, known for their excellence and high quality vessels. These vessels were constructed to withstand the special demands the North Sea and Pentland Firth weather conditions place on ships.

There is a main restaurant onboard, as well as an a la carte service, serving breakfast, light lunch and evening meals. All dishes are freshly prepared using the finest local produce from the islands. Entertainment is available at the club, lounge and bar. During the summer season there is live onboard entertainment, while multi-screen viewing is available throughout the year. There is also a shop and a children's play area. NorthLink Ferries provides a range of cabins to suit every budget and need. There are special cabins that have two additional drop-down berths, which are perfect for families.
