Minoan Lines boasts a fleet of eight vessels, with a plan to add more vessels in the near future. The current vessels are: H/S/F Ariadne Palace, H/S/F Festos Palace, H/S/F Pasiphae Palace, H/S/F Olympia Palace, H/S/F Europe Palace, H/S/F Knossos Palace, H/S/F Ikarus Palace and H/S/F Daedalus. All vessels offer the following onboard facilities: children's playground, lounge, bar, disco, cinema, swimming pool, slot machines, a la carte and self-service restaurants, shopping arcade, money exchange, a kiosk and medical centre.

The H/S/F Ariadne Palace was built in 2001 in Korea and can accommodate 1,250 passengers and 550 cars, and provides 196 beds. The vessel is 212 metres in length and has a top speed of 32 knots.

H/S/F Festos Palace was built in 2001 in Italy and can carry 2,190 passengers and 600 cars, and has beds for 758 persons. The vessel is 214 metres in length and boasts a top speed of 32 knots. It is deployed on the Heraklion-Piraeus route.

H/S/F Pasiphae Palace was built in 1998 in Norway and has the capacity to transport 1,500 passengers and 850 cars and can sleep 678 persons. The vessel is 200 metres in length and has a top speed of 27 knots.

H/S/F Europe Palace and H/S/F Olympia Palace are sister ships, both built in 2000 in Italy, 214 metres long and boasting a top speed of 32 knots. The vessels have a capacity to accommodate 2,182 passengers and 600 cars, and can sleep 749 persons. These vessels are deployed on the Patras-Venice route.

H/S/F Knossos Palace services the Heraklion-Patras route and was built in 2000 in Italy. The vessel has a capacity to accommodate 2,182 passengers and 600 cars (or 150 trucks and 100 cars), and has sleeping capacity for 749 persons. The vessel is 214 metres in length and boasts a top speed of 32 knots.

H/S/F Ikarus Palace was built in 1998 in Norway and has the capacity to accommodate 1,500 passengers (with beds for 700) and 850 cars. The vessel is 200 metres in length and has a top speed of 27 knots.

H/S/F Daedalus was built in 2000 in Italy and can carry 2,182 passengers and 600 cars, and can sleep 749 persons. The vessel is 214 metres in length and boasts a top speed of 32 knots.
