Hoverspeed network

Hoverspeed operates two routes: Dover-Calais and Newhaven-Dieppe. The company also operates a joint service with SNAV between Ancona in Italy and Split in Croatia; this service operates once a day with a journey time of approximately 4 hours.

Sailings across the English Channel, from Dover to Calais, take as little as an hour and are serviced up to 15 times daily during the peak season. Three Seacat catamarans operate on this route.

The other route serviced by Hoverspeed is from Newhaven to Dieppe. There are up to three sailings available daily during the peak season. The journey time is 2 hours onboard the 100-metre SuperSeaCat.

All of Hoverspeed's services operate from its own dedicated terminals, providing fast check-in, loading and unloading. There are shops in the UK terminals offering a wide range of wines, beers, spirits and tobacco products at prices free of UK duty and tax. Passengers can pre-order their shopping prior to travel and Hoverspeed will have the order ready for pick-up on the return journey.
