Hellenic Mediterranean Lines network
HML specialises in providing ferry connections between Greece and Italy. The routes they service originate in Brindisi and sail to and from Igoumenitsa, Patras, Corfu, Cephalonia, Paxi and Zakynthos (or Zante).
There are up to six sailings weekly from Brindisi to Patras during the high season, with crossing times of 16 hours, 30 minutes. Crossings from Brindisi to Igoumenitsa are available three times a week during low season, and up to six times a week at high season, with journey times of 9 hours, 30 minutes.
During July and August there are six sailings a week between Brindisi and Corfu, with sailings during other months decreasing to once or twice a month. The crossing on this route takes roughly 13 hours.
Brindisi to Cephalonia sailings peak in August, with five or six sailings a week, depending on weather and demand. Out of season, sailings are dramatically cut back, with four or five crossings available per month. The crossing takes 14 hours, 30 minutes.

Ferries from Brindisi to Paxi are available from June to September, with up to two sailings weekly during August. The journey time is 19 hours, 30 minutes.
Ferry service from Brindisi to Zakynthos is sporadic, varying from one sailing a month during low season to every Monday and Wednesday during high season. Ferries depart Brindisi in the late afternoon or evening and arrive in Zakynthos the next morning. Journey time is roughly 18 hours.
