The Hellas Group of companies boasts 74 vessels in their fleet. Hellas Flying Dolphins owns 22 high-speed vessels, Hellas Ferries owns 15 conventional type ferries and Saronikos Ferries owns 9 conventional type vessels. The 22 vessels Hellas Flying Dolphins owns can be broken down into five categories: high-speed type, Flyingcat type, Mega Dolphin type, Kolkhida type and Kometa type.

The company owns four high-speed type vessels: Highspeed 1 through 4. These are the newest vessels in the fleet and are powerful catamarans built in Australia, boasting a top speed of 38 knots. Each vessel can accommodate over 1,000 passengers and 188 cars.

There are four Flyingcat type vessels in the fleet: Flyingcat 1 through 4. These are also powerful catamaran type vessels, but were built in England. They boast a top speed of 40 knots. The Flyingcats are passenger-only vessels, with a capacity of over 400 passengers. The vessels all have stabilisers, which provide a comfortable ride even in rough weather conditions.

The company owns three Kolkhida type vessels: Flying Dolphin XIX, Flying Dolphin XVII and Flying Dolphin XXIX. These vessels were built in the USSR and are hydrofoils, capable at travelling of speeds up to 34 knots. They are passenger-only vessels, with a capacity to accommodate 145 passengers.

There are 11 Kometa type vessels in the fleet: Flying Dolphin III, IV, VII, X, XII XIV, XV, XXII, XXIII, XXVI and XXVIII. These are all passenger-only hydrofoils dating from 1976 to 1981, with a top cruising speed of 32 knots. The vessels can carry over 100 passengers.
