Fjord Line's recently acquired and primary route is the sailings from Newcastle in England to Bergen in Norway, with journey times of 26 hours, 45 minutes. En route, the ferry calls at the Norwegian ports of Stavanger and Haugesund. The ferry docks at Stavanger after 20 hours and takes 22 hours, 30 minutes to travel to Haugesund.

Sailings drop from three a week in the summer months (Friday, Sunday and Wednesday), to two crossings per week during the winter (Saturday and Wednesday). This route is serviced by the M/S Jupiter. Passengers with cars should arrive no later than 1 hour prior to sailing time and, during the peak summer months, no later than 2 hours prior to sailing time.

The second route serviced by Fjord Line is: Bergen-Haugesund-Egersund-Hantsholm, aboard the M/S Fjord Norway. The ferry departs from Hanstholm in Denmark and travels via Egersund and Haugesund to Bergen, all in Norway. The journey from Bergen to Hantsholm takes 16 hours, 30 minutes, while it takes 9 hours, 15 minutes to travel to Egersund from Bergen.
