Color Line offers five international ferry routes and operates out of eight ports in Norway, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. The company's ferry services are concentrated in the Skagerrak and comprise five routes: Kristiansand-Hirtshals, Larvik-Fredrikshavn, Sandefjord-Strømstad, Oslo-Hirtshals and Oslo-Kiel.
The crossings from Kristiansand to Hirtshals depart twice daily and take 5 hours, 45 minutes.
Two daily departures are available on the crossings between Larvik to Frederikshavn, with a sailing duration of 5 hours, 15 minutes.
Sandefjord is connected to Strømstad by five daily sailings, with crossings taking 2 hours, 30 minutes.

Daily connections are available between Oslo and Hirsthals, with journey times of 12 hours, 30 minutes.
There are also three daily sailings from Oslo to Kiel, with a journey time of 20 hours.
Color Line used to sail the Newcastle to Bergen (Norway) route, which stops en route at Stavanger and Haugesund. However, the company recently sold this route to Fjord Line of Norway.
