Eurotunnel Club and Frequent Travellers

Eurotunnel offers two frequent traveller clubs, Points Plus and Property Owner's Club, for its loyal passengers.

Application forms are available at the two terminals or passengers can join the programme using the official Eurotunnel wesite. Membership is £15 per year and Points Plus members will automatically qualify for a 10 per cent discount on all regular Eurotunnel fares. There is also a 10per cent discount available to members on Club class tickets as well.

Members will earn 1 Point for every £1 or €1.50 spent on Eurotunnel travel, as well as extra Points for money spent at participating retailers andat the restaurants found within the two Passenger Terminal Buildings. The Points accrued can be spent on Eurotunnel tickets throughout the year. For example, 600 points can be converted into a Day Trip ticket for a car or van.

Special offers change seasonally and are listed on the website. Currently, Points Plus members can benefit from special offers in the Passenger Terminal Buildings, at Cité Europe, Marques Avenue, Calais, and also with Eurotunnel Restaurant Reservation Service and Volvo UK Cars.

The second loyalty scheme offered by Eurotunnel is the Property Owners' Club. This programme is available for people who own property abroad and thus travel frequently between the UK and the Continent. This scheme offers members flexibility and great savings.

Customers need to provide a copy of a utility bill showing their name and address abroad and, to qualify for membership, have to purchase a minimum of 5 Eurotunnel tickets in advance (Long Stays or Short Stays, or combination thereof). To apply, simply fill out an application form, specifying preferred travel dates and submit it with the copy of a utility bill to : Eurotunnel Property Owners' Club, Customer Service Centre, St Martins' Plain, Cheriton, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 4QD.

There is an annual fee of £35 and an initial registration fee of £30 to join the Property Owners' Club. Members qualify for significant discounts on Eurotunnel tickets and journeys can be amended at no cost up-to 24 hours prior to outward travel. Members can book between 5 and 50 tickets within the membership year.
